Its good, I dont run as it hurts my knees but I cycle alot (no pun intended)  and love climbing hills/mountains. Gym cardio is usually 40mins of either stepper, stationary bike or steep incline tredmill. Would like to incorporate more boxing conditioning stuff, theres a former pro boxer in town who could show me a few things.

Bigmc and Bigro have already seen the video of me doing 70 kilos for 7 reps, so to add 10 kilos more for 3 less reps is not that hard....I already did it anyway.

You guys who are struggling with your curls really need to watch some CT Fletcher videos on curling and get your technique right and when you are handling that much weight form is never gonna be super perfect or strict but that doesn't mean your not smashing or working your biceps because you ARE.

So all you form brigade police guys can suck my bannana with that noise....its not like my bicep curls are like a golf swing!!

There is a reason I am now known as "The arms guy" in my new gym and that's cos I curl everyday and I curl heavy.

Heaving lifting is what makes muscles truly grow through myofibiliar hypertrophy....doing light weights and getting a pump is only good for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy....to get great arms you need to do both heavy and light work and always change things up and shock the muscle.

Its not rocket science and u don't need crazy ass bicep machines like basilles.

Keep pumping arms till I come back.

To the guys like AJ pussy footing around with girly doses I understand why you can't curl more than 60 kilos and even struggle with that. Deca and Dbol is the key for arm growth in my opinion.

Up the doses and you get bigger arms.
