- ez curls
- db curls (alt hammer curls)
- incline curls
- spyder curls
- concentration curls
- 80kg barbell curls
All in one training day? (Apologizes if I've not followed the thread faithfully enough to know otherwise.)
In my prime, using about 500 mg/test e. weekly and occasionally supplementing that with Dianabol, I would do two exercises for biceps: a curling motion, like a cable curl whilst standing or using a preacher bench alternated with super-strict incline bench dumbbell curls. Then, I'd do either a reverse curl or a hammer curl-type motion.
These dudes who talk about 20 sets and the like baffle me. Granted, I've not done barbell curls since my twenties. My very best was 175 for a heave-ho rep, and I was a total natty at the time.
I realize those thoughts don't really belong together, but I don't care

I am a non-smoker and light drinker, but just spent a few hours with my friends and my fiance's friends, many of whom smoke Marlboro Lights as if it's going out-of-style and all of them are drinking like crazy. I have to rejoin the party now and, oooooh! Imbibe in more champagne!
Oh, may the bodybuilding gods forgive my transgressions!
