Was going to move to the 100's but after training back the last thing I need is a torn bi.  

Great high volume kick ass workout with AJ who def has a pussy pulling physique and distinguished well trimmed beard (last pic below).

 A little calf work at the end.

I showed Bigmc and BigRo of me curling 70 kilos NOT 60 for 7-8 reps. Booty has seen it too.
That was done with genuine shoulder injury.

Can't post it here cos I wasn't wearing sunglasses
But I might pm it to you possibly if I trust you to be honest straight up fella who won't expose it.

Right now I am only 50:50 about u

What's the problem? I managed to fight back from pretty bad tendonitis in my right bicep through deep-tissue (no homo) massage and stretching.

I never use dumbbells with .5 increments.
I occasionally bar curl.

I think it's a combination of 2 things. I think my rotator cuff is fucked, which causes constant pain through the day. But also I think there's a tear at the bicep attachment. I can't fully tense my right bicep.

Whatever it is, I'm in a lot of pain pretty much all day long.

Does the pain decrease if you do biceps exercises that shorten the tendon, like bent-over concentration curls? Does the RC pain lessen if you warm up the area? I had a left-side bout of supraspinatus tendonitis and I just slowly worked through it.

As for the biceps tear, it might just be tendonitis, in which case, you can work through it carefully.

I did arms other day totally light cos I can't even go heavy and not even supposed to be weight training.
Only 12.5 kilo barbell for non stop sets of 20 with like literally 5 second rests non stop for 6 sets, that it
next day arms were on fire
