saw a father and son in the gym today training arms the dad was 6 feet 165 lbs. the son was 5'6" 110 pounds and they were doing two hand tricep extensions with a 40 lb. dumbbell, BRUTAL SIZE!!!!!!!!!

Well, you got it all wrong! first of all...

1) It was my dad and my step brother

2) They went up to a 35lb dumbell because they were maxing out for two reps each

3) Pops is 6'1" and weighed in @ 159 after he came out of the dry sauna (he's got a show comming)

4) My stepbrother who looks just like me (we could be twins) is really only 5'1" but he had on the new Nike Airmax Platforms that make him 5" taller!!!

I wish you guys would get your sh!t straight before posting it on here. Geeeeee wizzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW!!! They did legs too. Did you see them doing concentration lunges? I think they are lying, cause they both swear that they went up to 30lb dumbells! In each hand even!!!

I got one for you...what about the "power lifter" at my gym that uses the back pad that you can place on your lower back of the leg press back support so that he keeps his "form" right on the bench!
