Or a pro? Impress the other guys at the beach? You can suffer in a calorie defict. As long as I can see my abs some what I'm good. It only take a month or less to get in decent shape

I'm on my Shawn risen full blow offseason. Truth be told I'd like to be be lean but.. I'm just doing what I'm told. 500g of carbs and inslin makes me hold so much fucking water

For me, I eat well and have loads of energy, I dont need to be force feeding myself in the mistaken belief its going to add any more muscle that if I stay in shape.

Your right about that. It's one thing I'm worried about that any my fucking back get horrible cramps\pumps when I'm heavy

Yes!!! This year: Anabeta Elite, Nolvadren XT and Alphamine (the U.S. version with yiohimbine). I can only afford those supps, because here in Greece they are very expensive.

Look Mike, last summer, I was 71 kgs really lean, hard etc... but in "offseason" I was not eating the same. More calories, much more foods, fruits, milk and yogurt, peanut butter and more. And every Sunday I had a free meal.

The "secret" was 30 minutes cardio, 3 or 4 times a week, after training. My goal was exactly what I wanted: to take "quality" mass, with as little fat as possible!!!

If you want a moderate stack that you should take year round I like
1200 sus
500 deca
600 eq
50 Abombs for strength

You have to watch the eq as it with raise you blood cell count and for some that's how blood pressure shoots up.  It would be the only one I "cycle"

If you feel like getting a little crazy throw on 400mg tren e.  Shit works wonders

I remember when I came here, 100 kgs 35%+ bodyfat and I read the "Lack of willpower sickening me". That was my greatest motivation!!!

Thanks brother. I'm dieted here in a few weeks. More like just cutting carbs and upping cardio. My slin is very very small just 14 IU a day to be exact so it not like im slaming slin.. My main problem now isn't fat it's that I hold so much fucking water.  There are guys that are ultra dry year round im the exact opposite.
