Props! She looks great.

I saw a local girl compete - she looked incredible, best shape of her life, an amazing achievement. And she was beating herself up because she didn't place well... determined to go 'all out' with the bodybuilding thing. It's like no no no - just showing that incredible shape is a win by itself. You don't need to win - you're up against genetic freaks and those at the top of BBing are on so much gas...

Just take that framed pic of you onstage - that's the win.

There are so few differences between these bikini girls that sometimes the girls that finish last look better than the winner. Same thing with men's physique. There's no concrete judging criteria, it's almost like the judges are pulling names out of a hat.

If you got Mike's wife a set of good implants and told me she competed in the bikini Olympia I would absolutely believe it.

Those glutes are about as good as I've ever seen

bikini is so confusing. here's the winner in her class. not that much difference between 1 and 16.
In BBing, the gap between 1 and 16 is gigantic.

Chick from my gym just did her first bikini show, she looked awesome at the gym, good body etc... but a couple of us guys were talking and decided she wouldn't do well because she didn't look "in shape" (no abs or separation at all). Again she looked phenomenal otherwise.

Needless to say she won the novice class and took second overall.

Howard what are judges looking at for these contests?

The winner is super skinny, not much muscle at all or shape. Not sure why they picked her. That really sucks man, to get beat by someone better than you must be easier to accept. She looks like a newbie to me, over dieted, flat, no fullness.
