I'll tell you what the judging criteria is... There is none. It's just whatever the judge finds that matches his or her personal preference when it comes to sex appeal. This chick won the OVERALL she was a joke when she came out. Her wigg was so big people started laughing. She looked terrible. The sad part was there was a few women you looked outstanding.  But when you judge some one on sex appeal and posing... How can you argue with a judge? You can't it's all personal preference

I know Sandy and I'm sure she did a great job explaining it.
BUT, in my opinion, clear explanations like your example are few/far between.
Simple solution for this:
Have the NPC national office send out a clear 1 pg letter on the basic criteria for bikini.
THEN have the judges adhere to it.

At the top 5 lol in every class you have one or two that look completely different then the others. If the judging is all the sane that wouldn't be the case.
