Need to get my colon check up again...get that Thing stuck in my rectum... :-\ itīs the solution you have to drink before it 3 litres and you are glued all day to your toilet. The colon has to be clean for the check up. Today i will hit shoulders+arms

I have had a colonoscopy and You are right Donny. The procedure is no where near as bad as drinking that shit and living on the toilet all night.

Tri set

Machine side raises 4x12
rear delt machine 4x12
Smith machine front press 4x6-8

superset
BB curls 5x10
incline ez extensions 5x10

reverse crunch 3x max.

I liked working side delts then rear and last front press. Normally i do side raises and front press pre exhaust style. Mix it up Baby  ;D

Have a treadmill at home....45 min 3X week.

well you know mate itīs like you smiled at my workouts. Fitness is not just pushing iron. I know some of the big guys on here think Walking is all they Need to do. Walking is great but really to be fit you have to hit or near your cardio Limit. Maybe 85%. I know i am fit and nimble. Fast agile. What Drugs gave me this? NONE just my Discipline.

This is one of the least favorite of all the procedures thrust upon us mature folks. The prep is the worst part and I am usually starving for something to eat afterwards.

single leg extension, emphasis on the contraction
adductor machine, emphasis on the contraction

rotator cuff:
3 light exercises with DBs

chest:
decline DB flyes, emphasis on the stretch
standing DB upward raises, emphasis on the contraction
DB pullovers, emphasis on the stretch

triceps:
incline DB extension with both arms, emphasis on the stretch
laying DB kick backs, emphasis on the contraction

forearms:
reverse wrist curls with thick grip, emphasis on the contraction

cardio:
18.5 minutes HIIT session on a stationary bike

upper rear delt pull in with cable ss with bent over rear delt raise x3

i have good basement stuff dbells to 60's and bars,and a all purpose multi station weight stacked machine

shrugs ss dbells to sides and to front drops 60/50/45 x3 10/12 per

reverse forearms wrist curls
reg wrist curls for inner

thanksgiving meal had family over..appetizer's cheese 'provolone'mozzarella and tomatoe w/olive oil/parmesam cheese shaved with balsamic ,cheddar,italian olives,roasted peppers,2 different flat breads,sausage and sopresatta stuffed bread.then...turkey.home ade mash potatoes with leeks,stuffing with apples,cranberries ,italian sausage .green beans with peppers red/yellow,'dessert'cofee and homeade pecan pie,homeade pumpkin pie that was devoured,fruit bowl, :P, :-X,some meal,,,,cheers,peace steve.

All mine were open just for the morning.....traditional leg workout....overall ate pretty good. My wife made her homemade bruschetta that was killer. Steve got fresh bread from a bakery in Newark. Your spread sounds fantastic.

cool wez....my wifes pumpking pie was incredible,i do not eat that stuff unless holiday but it was really good and light actually.can't beat bread from Paterson,newark,hoboken,ect,,,
