couple points ..
wes/donny are active in 2 great threads funk51's training pic and the old school build one..main point in those threads is to show
how truly bbing has regressed in training and builds,reliance on drugs,yes drugs were used and in some instances mightily but
those builds had great bases 'i assume'before using or using to get in shape with.
2..that is my ideal type as well lean'but not dry to bone'i,ve been there u have all seen my 'old'lol contest pics
unless i compete again its not practical for me to walkaround like'gali'24/7 but.....
3..i.. as wes has stated followed me over the yrs stay in great shape but its functional for life.. type of build to train heavy,eat clean'but with some of good things in life food wise '
4...diet i eat 5 protein meal sources per day,range from tuna/turkey/egg beater's 'detest cracking eggwhites or eating eggwhite version eggbeater did it for long time/some meat/chicken
carbs yes i eat in sometimes heavy/sometimes not depending on look i am going for or training day'legs day needs more energy..
'wes'elaborated on eating on fasted period and it works and i've done it ,morning workout on just cofee and last day's food sources
and have gotten great pumps from it as well/and your body when 'lean not contest but just good lean will look its best stomach is flat/and muscle aren't smoothed from too much sodium or carbed from morning breakfast say...interesting theory wes knows..
5...every person pictured in thos b/w or hardcore thread i would take there builds,just a few zane/pearl/baldwin/sansone/grimek/there are so many names but there builds standout,,they seemed to live a good life like they enjoyed training before anything else,life was on the beach.
'weider'blew the scene up good/bad with mags 'good'covering up the 'drugs'with his silly 'principles'bad...but it is what it is..

tues off
wed back/bi/abs
thurs delts/forarms calves
fri off
sat leg day 'full'
sun off
depending on work i work 2 sat month ,i will do legs on sun/then sat.. i go in basement and do a light lol full bodyworkout for pump..
or sun i will do it minus chest/tri cause they worked mon,,so back/delt/bi gets some type stimulation..
cardio i do zero i hate it ''i did it contest time'i tain hard/fast workout are about 1 hr to 1:15/20min..straing and direct and hard no nonsense.
7..if i could be one true bber other than myself i would pic prime benfatto or b/w version or early 70's zane before his m ro .run btw he looked inzane lol then tho...

..again training trumps all comes before drugs 'big misconception on g/o board/diet bulk/rip..and in the end ones genetics is main thing and people who have been blessed should never apologise cause its dictated before one ever picks up a weight.
