The 90's was a great era.  You definitely looked ripped in every pic.  Hot lights suck especially trying to stop the tan from running.  I don't enjoy cramping either.  My calves always get a bit crampy when I competed.
Change of subject, I think I hurt my ear drum during training legs yesterday.  I was straining and felt something happen in my ears to my jaw.  Anyway last night I had to be careful eating and today my jaw feels much better but I feel sore in my left ear.  My ears are connected to my nose.  I am still going to train today but I might go to my doctor tomorrow if It doesn't feel any better by the morning.

I am feeling positive.  I don't think it's anything serious, just a little uncomfortable.  My strength yesterday in the legs was right up there...I am back to the weights I was lifting and so I couldn't slow down.  Today is chest and since I only train my upper chest since I have implants underneath the muscle it shouldn't affect my ears/nose etc.

I wish I could get my body to look that good again. I was there in the early 90`s but I let it go.

I haven`t done shit this week except work from 8am til 7pm everyday. Come home, shower and collapse, and then go do it again. I can see daylight now on this project and should be able to start easing up on the hours by the end of next week, my deadline is Feb 1 to get this factory cleaned and ready so its non negotiable.
The stress on my body has been rough, my eyeballs have started twitching and I pretty much drove home asleep Friday night.
I have told my wife its time for a break so after the factory is online I told her we are going to Hawaii for a week. I booked the trip already and we fly out Feb 22nd and stay until March 1st.
I went for a walk yesterday and pretty much ate a whole pizza last night,  :D, I just want to lift a bit today and maybe go for another walk before its time to start the insanity again tomorrow.

I've got to post up yesterdays workout and todays.  For those who don't know, we are experiencing big floods in queensland australia and the phone lines, ATM machines and internet was down for almost 24 hours due to a phone line getting taken out in brisbane floods.  I couldn't get online but that's not the worse of it.  Haven't been able to get any money out or get food as its australia long weekened here so its a public holiday today.  No doubt alot of businesses would have been affected with no atm machines working etc.  Three people are dead from the floods...RIP, very sad news.  It's expected to get worse tonight as the river in brisbane peaks around 6pm so hopefully there are no more deaths.

Yesterday trained chest.

Incline db presses x 5 sets
Incline db flyes x 4 sets

Finished off with 20 mins on treadmill.  I wanted to walk outdoors but the high levels of humidity and heat are literally unbearable.  I can't walk outside...will have to wait until the humidity decreases.

Today trained back.

I am feeling a bit drained and flat in energy.  So it was not much volume.

Lat pulldowns to front x 3 sets
Seated pully rowes x 5 sets
back extensions x 3 sets

We've been getting a bit of rain down south but nothing as serious as what's happening up north.

Trained traps/shoulders.

3 sets of db rear lateral raises 8-12 reps (1/2 pyramid)
5 set of db side lateral raises 8-12 reps (last 2 descending strip sets)
4 sets of db shoulder presses 8 reps (weight raised progressively heavier if 8 reps reached in good form).
4 sets of bb upright rows 8 reps
4 sets of db shrugs

30 min recumbent bike steady state cardio -whilst working out and doing the cardio. I got to listen to John Romano on VPX POWER HIT Radio (episode 16) http://www.vpxsports.com/resources/audio-media/vpx-radio/new-power-hit-radio do an informative interview with Christian Duque talking about how Aaron Singerman was lying about some communication he said to have had with Jim Manion. Lol!

Very recent, you should listen to it, you'll like it - shows yet another person who's been a victim of Singerman's underhanded manoeuvrings.. Start it at around the 40 min mark?

Do not worry about the pizza...LOL i eat one now and again. I think maybe you should look into Abbreviated routines and even ultra abbreviated routines with even only 2 or 3 Basic power moves.
Example taken from Brawn:
Monday: Squat with Parallel Bar Dip
Thursday: partial stiff legged Deadlift with Press
Saturday: Bench press with One_arm DB rows

arm work and calfes can be worked in there. you have a very hard job and so i would be "Efficient" as possible...

i like up rights and occassionally with a bar i get some stiffness,so i use smith machine instead or cable version with small bar or i use 2 cable handles to do them  like those the best.

i used to be able to do them but i get a good effect from DB shrugs and DB side raises so i stick with these.

Last week we had really cold weather for our area. This week it has really warmed up. Unfortunately, with the warmer weather we also get rain. So it is about 42 degrees Fahrenheit, windy and wet right now. The dogs and I prefer cold and dry to warmer and wet.....but that is what you get when you live in the Pacific Northwest.

You got it. Although tonight we are taking it easy with cooking; we are having Marie Callender's chicken pot pies. -Pretty simple fix....freezer to oven to plate to mouth to stomach. Last night my wife fixed a great pork stew. It had orange segments and cranberries in it along with some savory foods like onions and garlic. It was a nice combination of sweet and savory. She served it with white rice and steamed miniature green beans. For desert we had coconut crisps.

Feeling better, made it through a good workout yesterday - bench, bb rows, clean and press, curls & hammer curls. Knocked off work tonight at 5 so I could make it to boxing class and had a real good workout there. Whatever cold/cough I had seems to have finally worked its way out of my system and I have some good energy coming back.
Being sick and run down is miserable. Making pan seared chicken breast with bbq sauce over romaine lettuce with a little caesar dressing tonight, no more pizza for a while.  :D
