that workout killed me...i do not see how anyone can do more sets than this of intense pre-exhaust..well i canīt and i will be honest i struggled on the push ups doing only 1 set even though i took the triceps out the equation with pre exhaust so even though i had strength in my triceps my chest was thoroughly worked  ;)

so today is Chest:
warm up jump rope
Abs: Incline sit ups 3x20-30
Incline knee raises  3x20-30

Pre-Exhaust supersets:
flat db flys 3x10 with
Flat DB Press 3x10
Incline DB flys 3x10
incline DB press 3x10
2x max push ups 1 set close hand and 1x set wide hand (if i have the strength because this will work me hard)
later on tonight i will due to heavy rain go to the local swimming baths and do some lengths. My Breast stroke is very good.. :D

I'M A BIT SORE TODAY FROM MY CHEST AND TRI WORKOUT ,,MY LEGS FROM SAT 2 DAYS NOW ARE STILL PUMPED AND SORE AS HELL...

not surprising after what you did nj..i would be sore for at least 4 days... this is why i canīt understand how some people say they train legs or chest/back HARD 2x a week... i canīt do it not with such a workout as say you did..no way. Not saying 2x a week is wrong but i could not do it.

I AGREE 100PCT,,,DON'T KNOW ,,UNLESS YOU DO THE WHOLE BODY 2X BREAK IT UP 2 EXERCISES EACH PART SAY DAY ONE CHEST,DELTS,BACK,ABS,  DAY 2 LEGS,BI.TRI ABS,THEN DO CYCLE END OF WEEK AGAIN DIFFERENT EXECISE THO,,

I find i can concentrate on one muscle group better and do say abs and or calfes with a large muscle group. The volume i do is by no means as heavy as yours or Alex but i get results with the "overlap" effect i get because you can never isolate a musle group 100%.

yes i agree... old guys like me need more recovery plus i do a fair amount of cardio so that is also a point.

4 (super)sets ez bar curls/vbar dips 10 reps:failure

3 (super)sets db hammer curls/close grip bench press 45lbs:225lbs

Cardio
15 mins HIT cardio jump rope

outstanding workout that Bill Grant would applaud.. he loved supersets for arms. I wrote with him on facebook.. another Bodybuilder i like.

yes and it is the best way in my opinion. I do however swap it up..i start with triceps or i start a superset with biceps... depends how i feel.

I am still here just going to be posting from my iPhone until I get my laptop sorted. I did post up my workout yesterday but it didn't go through. I supersetted my bis and tris and did 90 mins of brisk walking outdoors.
