That area is a hotbed of bodybuilding.

Probably because the winters are long and hard so people hit the gym.

Some greats have come out of the Western NY area over the years.

Being honest as a Scottish man..I would rather live in colder regions in the USA

Same here.  I'm not into 115 degree desert weather like Las Vegas or 95 degree sauna weather like the southern U.S.

Those places are nice in the winter though.

Hawaii has fantastic weather year-round and I've heard San Diego weather is also great.

what i did like watching was a series of videos from a guy ( canīt remember who it was ) but he did a great series of youtube videos about old abandoned towns ..think in Texas
small abandoned towns from the 50s ...such a shame as this was peoples lives at one point.

I am not a fan of this turning the pinky upwards on laterals...tried it but just doesnīt feel good for me
seated strict does the job not super heavy

I read this but tend to not agree. If I stop doing cardio my blood pressure starts going up after only a few weeks.

Think you got to find that sweet spot with cardio just the same as with weight training, donīt need t over do it like a mad man  ;D
some people "burn the candle at both ends" & end up looking like a weakling with no upper body strength.
like a guy i knew who just ran..ran..ran & always slagged off anyone who seriously weight trained, he himself couldnīt do one good pullup.
Just looked like a skinny, weak old man...now his back is destroyed from years of running & i see guys his age who weight train looking more youthful or guys just cycling around town looking fit.
