later you can take a nap... I have 2 rabbits at home.. i like animals.
I love animals too, but I don't like being thrown up on when I am asleep.

Awwww I love their colourings, they are so cute Donny.  :) I had rabbits when I lived in Melbourne (Tolya and Natasha) but I couldn't bring them with me when I moved back to queensland as you need a permit here.

Bis, tris and abs followed by 20 mins on treadmill walking on incline

db bicep curls x 6 sets
barbell bicep curls x 6 sets
tricep pressdowns with V bar x 6 sets
rope pressdowns x 6 sets
Crunches x 100 reps
situps x 3 sets 15 reps per set  (should have done them before crunches)
crunches on ball x 2 sets

I began squeezing after my first set of crunches and had a lot of mucas in my nose.  I had to cut my ab training short as I then had so much swelling and mucas that I was blowing my nose into a tissue.  When I got home I used my air flow bottle to wash/cleanse my nose out.

I didn't really, that's the thing.  I only did a couple of reps on the ball before I decided to stop because I remembered the exact same thing happening last time I trained my abs.  More like I pre-exhausted my nose.

thats funny I rode mine yesterday morning as well, just a 2 mile ride with the hounds up the mountain, nothing fancy.
tried to lift yesterday evening and was exhausted. made it through bench [sloppy] and curls did a couple of sets of dips and that was it.

2 mile run and heavy bag work today, we will see how that goes. Haven`t been sleeping right this week so at least I know why I am down.

Bike riding i find easy on the joints(as long as your seat is adjusted correctly). when i had my last bike before it got stolen.. ??? i cycled every day to work and it really kept me slim. I enjoyed it. I really only ran maybe a couple of times a week in between with a friend. cycling is a fun way to get your cardio in.

I wind up working at it for 25 to 30 minutes, I have a stopwatch and go for a minute and a half on, then 1 minute off just working on combos, after about 20 minutes of that I do 2 drills where you go in throw 10 punches and back out for 1 and 1/2 minutes. I finish with 2 rounds of a drill I call 1 to 20, you start throwing 1 punch and back out, 2 punches and back out all the way up to 20 hits in a flurry. It usually takes me up to the threshold of barfing,  :D,

Many years ago, my doctor told me to stop running and start riding my bicycle more. He thought running was harmful to one's health. Maybe it was because I was forever twisting my knee by stepping wrong on the curb or some such thing. The Portland metro area is filled with bicycle paths and right-of-ways. Despite this, you often read about someone getting hit by a car while riding their bikes. A lot of folks act like bicycle riders shouldn't be on the road. I like riding my bicycle in good weather. However, I think my doctor was mistaken about it not being harmful to one's health. It seems more bicyclist are run over than joggers.

Well it's the next day and I am still swallowing mucas from my nose and it's pretty blocked and swollen.  I got very little sleep last night because I worked myself up over it all.  And yes i am disappointed in myself for being so weak minded and allowing this to get to me.  I haven't trained today because I didn't know if I should or not. The level headed side of me says to listen to my body, be smart etc but then another side is telling me to just go to gym.   Do I push myself?  I have basically tore into myself so bad today that now I need to train for my sanity and for the endorphins.  So I am writing this so that now I have no choice but to go to gym.

maybe just do 2 sets on each exercise Karen. 2 good sets are enough. Today i will get my bubble butt outside and will run at 6pm with a friend. He is a runner and i know it will hurt, sweat out the booze ;D before hand i will work legs(not a good idea if i run later but i will just have to) Today:

Dumbbell squats 4x15
Dumbbell stiff legged Deadlifts 4x15
Dumbbell lunges 3x10
one legged Dumbbell calf raise 5x12+

Ab crunches calves on a Bench 3x max

thatīs it very simple and i like Dumbbells too..higher reps.

well over here itīs not too bad because there are good cycle paths but i know what you mean. The guy who iīm running with later does Tri- athlon stuff too and has a top racer bike. He told me when he was training for competition on the roads he got a lot of abuse from drivers. Of course my Mountain bike is not expensive and itīs really just for around this area. nice cycle path near me that leads into woods so itīs great.
