jumping rope(warms up my calfs too)

pre-exhaust
leg extensions 3x15
Front squats 3x10-15

my workout today is short and straight to the point. Due to time constrictions i have to train fast and concentrate on the few exercises i will do.

I don't think a rabbit would much like living in our home where there are two dogs who would no doubt chase after it. Do rabbits and dogs get along? Can rabbits be trained to use a litter box or a pet door to go outside like a cat or a dog?

When I was a kid I had a few rabbits which were kept in cages. They were not particularly affectionate. I remember they ate their young, which were amazingly tiny and pink.

....lying hip raises feet on bench(these work the hamstrings very well although mainly for glutes)....

Awhile back I put my lower back out and ended up going to physical therapy for about six weeks to get it back in good condition. One of the exercises the physical therapist prescribed was lying hip raises to strengthen my core muscles. I did them with feet on the floor though. Later I added an elastic band around my lower thighs, just above the knee. With my hips raised, I would part my knees, which added another dimension to the exercise. I preformed 3 sets of 10 of these lying hip raises every day for several months. My back has been fine ever since. Now I only do them occasionally.

I am fortunate in that I have not had more back trouble then I have. People who have long backs tend to have more back trouble. I have a really long back compared to my leg length. I also have long arms. To think about it, I am proportioned like an ape. My sleeve length is 35" while my inseam is maybe 31". I have shrunk some over the years but I was 5' 11" at 18 years of age. I think I am around 5' 10" today.

Actually, I am 68 now and I am about halfway to being 69. One thing that has changed over time is what motivates me to exercise. While I used to be incredibly vain and looking good was my primary motivator, I have mellowed in the vanity department. The benefit I enjoy the most these days is that I feel healthier that I probably would had I spent my life as a couch potato. Along with this change I have learned to balance my interests better then when I spent a couple of hours at the gym everyday regardless of what else was going on in my life. These days, I don't feel bad at all if I miss going to the gym to do something with my wife.

My wife likes to tell me how vain I am. To be honest, compared to her, I am still pretty vain.

Like you, I cannot recall having a bad workout. Sometimes my workouts feel absolutely great and other times they are just good, but never bad.

How old is your laptop? Laptops have really come down in price in recent years. It might be worth it to simply get a new one. Of course if you goal is an Apple product, expect to pay a lot more. They are still pretty expensive.

My laptop is 2 years old and I paid extra for extended warranty so I don't want to get a new one yet.
