2nd day of cleanout snow/ice storm here,,after leg day yesterday i was shot,,but kids had me out there in the snow pulling them 'both'or individual'one is 65 lbs littler one a modest 35 lolpull in back yard on sled with rope 'my second  leg workout'lol,,,big enough to run and let go and they luge to fence...sidewalk upfront is even better iced they go down few driveways with my running,muscle pulll go start.just got backinside with the older on again she had me pulling/throwing for 1 hour and some snow ball tosses too..

This sounds like an impressive workout and so much fun too. We had some cold weather with the treat of snow, which never actually hit us here in Portland, OR. Of course, it isn't officially winter yet....so there is still hope.

prime/jay,,sometimes sundays i knock around in basement gym'i'm adding to for a lighter pump day...i do not need it this week ...

I am still focusing on legs (knees really). This morning I did 4 sets of 25 standing straight leg kick backs for my glutes and 4 sets of 15 squats for glutes and quads. Later today I'll do 4 sets of 25 seated straight leg raises, 4 sets of 25 leg extensions and 4 sets of 15 toe touches. All this with no resistance other than my own bodyweight. I am using very strict form and keeping my core muscles tight throughout the routines. Only three more weeks of physical therapy to go.

we had snow  here but it went quick...  i like going for walks in the snow. Today is my Silver wedding Anniversary.. my god 25 years... ;D time goes fast! still "Alive and Kicking". so I was planning to do legs today but after Deadlifts yesterday i think i will do shoulders.

Sorry this is off topic and a probably too personal, but I am fascinated by your admission that your first marriage ended at 31 years. Was there something dramatic and sudden that wrecked such a long term relationship or had it gone sour years before and it just took a long time for you both to realize this?

It was at about the 28 year mark that our daughter suggested my wife and I would be happier going separate ways. Obviously she was young and idealistic, like many teenagers and she was wrong. Our marriage has had it's ups and downs, but nothing worth losing each other over.

We had been going in opposite directions for the last 10 years or so. She became a drug addict. She hated me going to the gym. I started having to do everything myself. I woke up one day and said "I am not going out like this" so I left.
