Cybex one arm preacher curls ss incline smith machine close grips 4 sets
High pulley cable curls ss overhead rope extensions 3 sets
Hammer curls ss rope extensions 3 sets
high pulley one arm forearm curls 4 sets

seated db presses 55/60/60-45
superset wide uprights with front raise..x3

shrugs 135-20,225-20,275 -18,295-14 gassed did some higher reps

forearms
weight rollups and reverse cable wrist curls behind back

calves standing calf raise x5

holding steady..want to be a bit more leaner come summer got time..

who's build would you trade with to have.or builds..

who's you fav bodybuilder or parts bber make you phsyched to train.

other than 'i like to train everything'we all do it,,,but what is your fav bodyparts to train that give it all'pump,strenght,sore  ..

1..francis benfatto prime early 90's,zane 69-74'softer but still lean,,mad respect for 77-82 version sick ripped...rich gaspari worked hard had strong thick look'i'm a chest/leg guy like him,5'8 like him and jersey..

2..arnolds chest is really phsyche up on chest day,

3...love chest day get sick fullpump..legs  ;D of course,back love back many rows/pulldown versions all angles,,

paris sis have it all in terms of asthetic appeal even tho some weirdos here on g/o thought his legs were too big and threw off illusion of perfect build.relaxed and his trademark artistic poses were second to none,when he posed doing the 8 required mandatories that's where his build showed flaws to a degree compared to his contemporaries.i forgot to add him on my LIST OF BUILDS I WOULD TAKE..

Pretty much anyone who is a lot younger and more fit/built than me at this juncture would suit me just fine. Someone who is about 6'2", handsome, well muscled and a good head of hair would be excellent. On a positive note, despite my pathetic record lately hitting the gym. I am pretty fit and somewhat leaner than I was awhile back. Thanks mom and dad for giving me those good genetics. My knee continues to improve. Now all I need to do is get my butt in gear (not on gear) and start working out on a regular basis.

lunges up flight steps holding 45 plate in hands with extensions up to 235 on extensions max set  x4
