leg press warmed few sets 2 and 4 plates side .worked 5/6/7/7 plates sets
hack squat 3/4/5 plates a side sets
walking lunges 80 lb bar x2
extensions 220/230/230 sets 12,last set 205 x20 sick pump at this point

hams
sdl 135/185/205/225
seated leg curls 180/195/195/195

calves
5 sets seated calf raise

Legs ...

leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls  3 sets

Front squats 4 sets
Step ups with Dumbbells 4 sets
Stiff legged Deadlifts 4 sets

standing smith machine calf raises 5 sets. step ups are a great all round exercise.

I once knew a Guy who just did BB squats for legs for high sets, he had not bad overall development. Hammies were not too bad either. He squated deep as i remember. some people can build muscle just getting out of bed.. ;D

In case you go deep, then those hamstrings have to grow. It's ok when someone prefers a ton of exercises, but there's no need. Just study anatomy & muscle physiology; you can train any muscle completely with 3 exercises or less.
