I was thumbing throgh some back issues of flex...
and came across an article on greg kovacs in this article wee some very high poundage claims...
" 675 pounds for 6 reps and regularly does 585 pounds for 10 reps
other phenomeal training lifts include squats 750 pounds for 15 reps
45 degree leg presses more than 2000 pounds for sets of 20 reps
seated military preses 405lbs for 12 reps and 495lbs for 5 reps
flat benches 495lbs for 12 reps
seated shoulder dumbell presses 12 reps with 200lbs
barbell rows 585 for 7 reps dumbel curls with 120 lbs 8 reps

these are indeed very heavy poundages... which would easily make him the strongest bb ever.... by far.... as these poundages dwarf a lo of colemans lifts...
has anybody seen a video of any of these lifts claimed... if he was that strong the obvious thing to do would be to make a trainin video...
i find some of the lifts questionable...
anybody agree...
