I tend to agree with this , because Bob Paris talks about using it and when Dorian made the transformation from 1992-1993 he was asked if that was the first time he ever taking GH and that was the reason he got so massive , he said NO , he was taking before then. So high probability he was on it as well.

Haha none of them were clean... It was a matter of could they be off long enough to pass a test and still look good. Most of them, Haney included looked poor compared to previous years. Christian was able to hold his look much better. But none of them were clean.

Haney looked great at his last O.... He made huge improvements to his arms and legs. He easily beaat Doz that year. You can see tha. Was the year that gh made its impact known in the sport and it hasnt been the same since... Haney was the last Mr O to have a tight waist and not look pregnant.

good point about the slin+gh, i think Dorian with his best showing vs Haney with his best showing Dorian is almost impossible to beat but Haney wasn't going to the extremes with insulin and gh Dorian was. Dorian had an incredible foundation to benefit from when he went that route but Haney had an even better foundation to benefit from (understating him to say foundation but you get the point)

Ronnie is Ronnie, not even human. imo top 3 are Sergio, Ronnie and Dorian (judging Dorian at his best)
and Haney would be just a level below that but as you said i think it would have been different had he gone the same route Dorian did.

Like mentioned before, Haney won 8 Olympias in an era with lil to no competition. The 80s were probably the weakest era in BB, a huge gap after Arnold retired.

In the mid 90s Haney would've had a hard time cracking the Top 6.

Agree, To really appreciate Haney you had to see him in person. His taper was crazy. Tiny waist, big chest and wide shoulders. Mike Christian should have been Mr.O. in 1990 though.

Well in Dorian's defense he did beat Haney in the muscularity round when Haney was at his best ever and Dorian was 10lbs lighter. That says a lot. I think if Haney showed up looking like he did in 91 in 92 and Dorian showed up the way he did Haney would probably beat him again. By 1993 NO version of Haney would beat that Dorian
