Treadmill just makes my knees and ankles hurt and the elliptical was my go to until I found this machine......(see link) it is amazing. It's like a Stairmaster/elliptical hybrid and burns hella calories.

Dont see how it compares to the stairs at all......looks like an updated elliptical........stick with the stairs more bang for your buck

You look great pimp, I wish I had you discipline when it came to diet I'd have it made.  I've been training my ass off for years and I stay at that point just between permabulker and lean.  I did get great news on my blood work though , I'm natural and 36 and my test levels are still through the roof.

Hmmm perhaps it is more like a stepper than a Stairmaster, but you can adjust the stride height essentially moving from a wide stride to a higher one. So no, it is not an updated elliptical you do not (at least I do not) get more bang for your buck with stairs.

precor is great i use it at my gym, less tear on yoru feet compared to teh   elliptical

Sev is a nice pleasing white/tan red colour while most Roma gypsys are a dirty paki brown and you can see that they stink just by looking at a photo.

Every time I hit the gym lately. Cardio always bored me, but since I woke up and realized I needed to get slim to be a fit and healthy old fart, I have been doing cardio. My goal weight is 175 lbs. I am only about 4 pounds away. Now to get rid of the extra skin I accumulated.  :D Not bad for a fellow who at his peak weighed 225 lbs. Of course it was all muscle.  ::)

I did this in 20 days dieting
Monday to Thursday
4-6 eggs, baked beans ,1 toast
Chicken and cottage cheese
two tins tuna with mayo in a wrap
Steak with salsa and blue cheese sauce in a wrap

I take BCCA powder
Thursday evening I have a meal out with the Mrs, with some carbs
friday back on diet
Weekend eat normally but low cals.
