A family friend was the Navy One pilot for Nixon. He was a Marine Colonel. He was a Marine before everything and I can tell you this, a Marine officer will never lip off to his chain of command. Regardless of what he thinks of Obama (and I assure you that he hates him) that was the CinC and a Marine officer will comport himself forthwith.

To suggest otherwise impugns the honor of that Marine.

Exactly. All the republicans actually think that the pilot REFUSED to let him on board. There is a HUGE difference between refusing to let Obama on the plane and saying something like, "Hey, Mr. President, you may want to go salute the marine. The cameras are watching."

I have no doubt the video is real and the pilot may have said something. But go on FB and read the comments and all the republicans are all like, "Good for the pilot for not letting Obama on the plane." lol at actually thinking a pilot would refuse to allow the president on the plane lol. Oh boy!!

I will take the middle ground and say: The pilot may have very well said something to Obama (perhaps a reminder or kindly asking him to salute the marine). But a refusal to allow him on the plane? No, just one, yet the republicans are eating up that narrative.

I think that birth cert document looks like it was made with a computer program, and didn't age like any of those around it in the same era. 

I have no idea what obama's past is, but to me, there just seems to be some question marks about it.  Doesn't matter much - FOX and MSNBC worked together to mock the idea, so it may be a historical footnote, might be nothing.

If they wanted to impeach obama, then fast & furious was adequate.  BUT repubs prefer a polarizing obama in the white house for fundraising purposes, than they get with a likable Biden as president.  Drunk uncle joe wins over a lot of the racists that are dems but hate obama for a reason dating back to 1958
