The bench press is useless to bodybuilders. It's just a way to get injured. And before you start going, "Ronnie benches, blah, blah, blah" - well I'll tell you, Ronnie does a whole shit load of exercises for the chest and so did Arnold. Bench press mostly works triceps and front deltoids, and it's a good way to become the next Federov. Even our own Mr. Intenseone fucked himself up doing this.
