Yes, Kazmaier did win, but that is when WSM was just coming onto the scene. I mean, it doesnt make his wins any less important, but the more WSM became popular, the more people from around the world started to compete in them.

I think I'm being trolled.
2015 - we had 3 Americans placing in the top 10, with Shaw winning.
2014 - we had 4 Americans in the top ten, with 2 being 3rd and 4th place.
2013 - we had 4 again top 10 with Shaw winning.
2012 - we had 2, in the 4th and 5th spot.
2011 - 3 in top ten, with Shaw winning.
etc....
We're still very competitive in Strongman.
