Really? Are you talking about OD's? If true, these iranians must be real stupid, it's not as easy to kill yourself with insulin as people think. From what I've heard and seen, they middle easterns are really stupid in general and wrt PEDs. I mean which pro died from insulin OD? None that I know of, Paul Dillet had some mishap at the Olympia when coached by Chad Nicholls. I heard a rumor of one very top pro ODing with insulin but he didn't die... wasn't coached by Milos either. I would say Milos pre-workout insulin protocol is very safe compared to a lot of other stuff athletes do.

Thats pretty interesting actually.  I usually think only of the acute effects of insulin abuse like low blood sugar and such.  Obviously the vasculitis hit this guy pretty hard.  Imagine how many will be dying 5-10 years from now.  Scary stuff that insulin is!!

Actually it's really easy to kill yourself with insulin.  Taking too much or not eating enough after you take some can cause hypoglycemia, unconsciousness and death.  This is well known and well documented medical info.

If you do not eat and take a high dose sure. But how many bodybuilders have died from ODing? Millions of bodybuilders have used insulin but I can't recall hearing of any cases off hand...

I believe he means the post-retirement life.

Like if you retire at 40 and would have lived until 80 you'll live until about 60 instead.

Seems a bit young but not an unreasonable theory.
