I used ZMA once and it gave me dreams like I was on LSD...very vivid and colorful.....and the dreams are so real and vivid that you remember every aspect of them.....

i get vivid dreams on tren ace

and speaking of supps i'd say that glutamine works pretty well, and ZMA is pretty good too

a couple buds of mine have recommended to me taking glutamine and bcaa's before and after training, but i'd rather save my cash for real gear

A lot of supplements "work", just that they are nowhere near as effective as AAS.

I tried that "ritual" pwo, and I got similar effect as I got from frenzy. I mixed 2 scoops in 16oz of water, drank it and after 15 minutes I felt very nostalgic. I didn't know what to do but I had to do something, I got intense need to just train.

So what I did was I went outside and ran 7 miles in 52 minutes and then I went to the gym and I just wanted to squat high reps with light weights so I did a female gymnast workout and squatted 110lbs for 120 reps, then 70, then 50, then another 50, then 30. Then after I did squat sitting against the wall for 5 minutes, 1 minute break and then another 5 minutes. Then I held the plank position for the abs for almost 10 minutes and did 25 pull ups with very wide grip. Stretched for 40 minutes.

For a depressed twink who hasn't gone to the gym for 4 and a half months I felt good.

I still feel like I want to train something, don't feel fatigued or exhausted, so I guess it worked. I would recommend it.

I said I haven't gone to the gym for awhile but I haven't stopped training, but you could be right, we'll see ;D

FUCKing hell I'm hungry. Every fast food restaurant is closed for home delivery and the closest drive by is 2km away... that's nothing but I don't have a car OR a bike, hell no am I walking there. I have over a pound of cheese left, 200g of peanuts, beans and bananas, that will have to do for now. I know where I will have my breakfast tomorrow.

The male penis secretes large amounts of creatine during sleep. That creatine travels to the kidneys and converts into human growth hormone. The growth hormone travels back to the penis and makes it hard. That's why it's important to get lots of sleep.

In the male body, Vitamins act like steroids (specifically tren)

Minerals behave like growth hormone (injected GH)

That's why anyone that refers to Growth Hormone as "Vitamin G" is a deceived. Most people know that growth hormone is basically a mineral (specifically coral calcium).

 ;D

didn't sleep at all last night. I took two scoops of ritual before seven pm but couldn't sleep until 5-6 am, got paranoid of my heart beat. I still feel like I have pressure in my chest. Same shit happened with frenzy.

Honestly I don't know how people like joon can be alive with their lifestyle, using drugs, steroids, shitty diets, pwo's that equal 50 coffee cups, I mean what the fuck!!!!!!

fuck all of you. Hell no will I ever take steroids, if pwo's are already giving me a heart attack my head will probably explode on steroids.

I don't whanna give away ritual... I try not to drink coffee at all. Funny thing is, I drink espressoo all day long but I never get any heart beats, ever. Take two scoops of ritual and I can't sleep.

Any experts here to tell me what could be the case?

Any supplement that work ends up being classified as a steroid and taken off the shelves.

Only tried Creatine and L-Arginine.
None made me bigger BUT the latter had great effect on my sleep and overall well being... highly recommended.

Creatine "works".  If by holding 10 pounds of water and gaining strength only due to an increase in base bodyweight, yeah sure.

I found that Arginine helps my cock get hard and gives me a small boost in vascularity.

Other than that, save your money for Testosterone.

You are going to think I'm crazy but I really feel steroids are safer than Otc supplemtents.

I took creatine and cybergenics kit which had ma huang in it, both gave me palpitations and I thought I was going to die.  Whey protein gave me diarrhea etc.

Test and deca:  8 years and not a single side other than my HDL dropping a few points

Don't do crazy high steroid doses
Don't use PWOs, coffee is sufficient
Get your nutrition sorted
Get 7+ hours of sleep per night
Don't do rec drugs
Drink sparingly
Train

It ain't that hard.

AAS are safe for you as long as you are careful and understand basic blood work.

Nobody knows what effects this snake oil will have on our digestive system as we age.  That's one reason why I don't even drink shakes anymore.  There is no telling what garbage they are feeding us.

you don't sound crazy, I was just ranting. It's funny to me how steroid intake is as casual as eating or taking a shit to you people. I'm not hating or judging, it's just that when you go on steroids, you have to be dedicated to your craft. Or like my friend who's 40, he just wants to get that easy muscle. He has great base tho so if he even gets semi serious with training it will show instantly, that's what test gives you. I mean I get it but... not now anyway ;D

Man, the last time I used pwo it was frenzy for a short while in the winter. I just wanted to try ritual because it didn't have cocaine in it. Just wanted to try it out because I've been pretty consistent with my training, not 7 hours a sleep at night/4000kcla a day consistent, but consistent none the less. I'll keep ritual and use it only rarely to treat myself ;D... but I have to quit coffee all together.

Creatine makes you hold a little water, which gives you better leverage, and so, a little more strength while you are taking it.  That might translate into a little bit more muscle.

Ephedrine, for energy and focus.  But it is basically a lesser form of speed.  Most any stimulants are the same.

Other than that, I'd say nothing.  All that smilax, gamma oryzynol, MetRx, Cybergenics, MuscoMXT, Metabolol, etc. type stuff is snake oil.  They should put the people making it in jail as fraudsters and scammers.  Instead they spend money busting people selling the things that actually work.

Protein powders and weight gainers "work" in the same way food works.  More calories and protein in them might help you grow and they are more convenient than cooking meat.  Meat is better though.

Met-Rx is a protein powder, which was a HUGE hit in the 90s. Of course, bodybuilders were drinking it like Kool-Aid (6-8 packs per day, along with regular food intake).

The last time I used it was about a year ago. I got a box for $12. But it's still a shame that it only has 18 servings instead of 20, like back in the day.
