Cant even find it in the stores at all any more

You don't want it anymore, formula changed when Connelly sold the company. Got rid of the metomyosyn for whatever reason, which made no sense.

Creatine (especially if vegetarian or vegan)

Beta-Alanine (especially for mid distance runners)

B12 (especially if vegan)

D3 (if you don't get enough sun exposure)

I went through a stage when I wasted a small fortune on supps like natural Test boosters, slimming pills and similar junk. None of them had any beneficial effect on my training or appearance.
I only take protein and creatine now along with zinc and garlic oil tablets.

Actually the old hydroycut was awesome...lost 30 poundsd on it...went from 248 to 218......it was amazing....but thats why they banned it..because it actually WORKED....no more ephedra

I only think vit D helps with test levels and maybe pomegranate juice

Other than that, I think test under 500 mg a week is the safest most efficacious option, limiting to 10-12 week cycles maybe twice a year

I guess, maybe I was just fooled. But why remove it when the campaign was so successful? Popular enough to get mentioned in Jackie Brown ('97) for Pete's sake.

But the one I got came in a bottle with a red and black label on it.  Same name as the one on the site above.

The label seems to be different on the one I have.  It lists :

Serving size 2 capsules (these are capsules, the one above says caplets)
Ephera 27mg  (it doesn't have it listed as Ephera Extract like the one above)
Synephrine Extract 30% 100mg
Energy and Thyroid Blend 727mg
(bunch of stuff under this category)
Thermogenic Amplifier 250mg

Creatine "works".  If by holding 10 pounds of water and gaining strength only due to an increase in base bodyweight, yeah sure.

I found that Arginine helps my cock get hard and gives me a small boost in vascularity.

Other than that, save your money for Testosterone.

I had a 1000 gel container of fish oil where just one broke. It was like having chum factory ship moored in my kitchen. Good God. My wife threatened legal action if I didn't get it out of the house. Even the dump was scared of it.

Let's put it this way.  I still have 90% of the bottle.   Gave me jitters and a racing heart.  Almost as bad as when I used clen.

I got it for the energy boost, but it is much better for people losing fat and don't mind suffering a bit.
