sleep is important 6-7 per night esp if your training 4 or more days per week

caffeine should not be over used t compensate for lack energy'whether it be red bulls.coffee,energy shots,ok to have couple per week but evry day and doing all 3 which i know some people do will rot u out..

get a multivitamin

eat small meals or eat small,but good quality food and toss a few scoops whey around that nothing crazy ..

fluids water stay hydrated'this i recently have reconsidered after realizing i don't drink enough.now at least 6 -8 i'm getting in..

stay at a good weight 'stable'not the perma bulk winter,or decent to low body fat thats not too low where your workouts e/energy are killed and you burn out,enough to have clear abs/some decent definition .summer drop it down a few ,,

Sleep is decent, I'm going to get a panel of blood work done next week.  

Going to check CBC, test and tsh

Some of these HRt clinics have vitamins that are supposed to help like MIC combo and GOAL ( glutamine ornathine arginine etc)
Anyone use these?    

My test levels are low, just can't come to grips though on being test depended the rest of my life.   Not sure, I think about getting back on every damn day
just take all that bullshit brah however kelp may help

Not sure why guys worry about getting shut down, nature is doing it to you anyhow. Start on TRT doses and you'll start to feel awesome. Only problem is then you want to start blasting because you realize you can look your best ever in your late 40s. Gear is great.

Measured in ng/dl? Damn, that's pretty low but understandable in your scenario. The acceptable range is pretty wide, but somewhere between 400 to 600 seems optimal.

Ideal Hydration and Ideal Electrolyte levels are huge. I swear, you get that dialed in and you'll have so much natural energy with regular, restful sleep patterns. But, find what formula works for you. I think the random water formulas being bounced around are bogus. Figure out what works best for you.

How`s your diet......list a typical days eating for you.

What type of training do you do?


How much cardio and what kind.


Does your schedule permit you to take naps........they can help recharge you bigtime if they`re for about an hour or so.


Do you eat lots of starchy carbs,do you drink milk and eat bread?


Serious questions bud,I`m honestly trying to offer assistance if I can.

PCT is not needed at all..........you can cycle on and off Test or blast and cruise in small dosages in your case,it`s not a life sentence like being married is.

Ok, can only take 10 min naps, train 3-4 times a week.   I'm off everything so I train chest Monday's, shoulder and tri Wednesday, arms back fri and do a few squats on Saturday

I don't do cardio, but according to my iPhone, I walk 3 miles a day

Do not eat a lot of bread

Typical day:  oatmeal plus banana in am with pomegranate juice
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly or chicken sandwich
Dinner: usually raw spinach and organic chicken or turkey meatloaf etc..

I was drinking 3-4 cups of espresso a day, just started limiting to one

Sleep 7-8 hours now , but I have 2  kids under 3 and wife is 35 weeks pregnant right now

holy shit we have similar situation,,i eat more,same sleep as u,i have 3 kids 9-5-2...train 4 days some weeks 5 i have set up at home if i can't get to gym..i cut back caffeine recently...i'm 47..

Definitely, I had to cancel my gym membership and build a home gym

I put the kids down at 9, workout till 9:45, then in bed at 11, up at 630 or 6:45 and repeat same stuff

That`s gotta` be tough with the kids and the wife being prenant.......I`d tear my hair out if I had any.


Increase protein bud,that is nowhere near enough IMO.

Can all bread,it does jackshit for your body.........increase veggies and eat more starchy carbs for prolonged energy.

Have 4-6 eggs in the AM with a banana.


PB& J while tasting great is not for a bodybuilder.........eat some chicken breasts with rice and a veggie.


Dinner looks fine,throw a shake mixed in water in there somewhere during the day..


You aren`t getting in enough food.


Eat some rice,sweet potatoes,baked potatoes,oatmeal..........foods that will sustain your energy.


These are complex long chained carbs that trickle into your system slowly and sustain energy for longer periods that pomegranite juice for and a banana for example.


Drink a shitload of water,as much as you can within reason and don`t miss your sleep.

I am trying to cut out all the caffeine I drink.  But already get sleep etc, don't drink and work out 3-4 times a week

Any energy tips?   Bcaa?   Would gh be of benefit?   

I'm 37, 2 kids, own a small biz etc... So life is stressful but can't do anything about that

oh yeah,from personal experience,don`t make too many chicken breasts in advance,they taste like ass after a while.


2-3 days worth is about the best scenario.
