Ok, can only take 10 min naps, train 3-4 times a week. I'm off everything so I train chest Monday's, shoulder and tri Wednesday, arms back fri and do a few squats on Saturday
I don't do cardio, but according to my iPhone, I walk 3 miles a day
Do not eat a lot of bread
Typical day: oatmeal plus banana in am with pomegranate juice
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly or chicken sandwich
Dinner: usually raw spinach and organic chicken or turkey meatloaf etc..
I was drinking 3-4 cups of espresso a day, just started limiting to one
Sleep 7-8 hours now , but I have 2 kids under 3 and wife is 35 weeks pregnant right now
That`s gotta` be tough with the kids and the wife being prenant.......I`d tear my hair out if I had any.
Increase protein bud,that is nowhere near enough IMO.
Can all bread,it does jackshit for your body.........increase veggies and eat more starchy carbs for prolonged energy.
Have 4-6 eggs in the AM with a banana.
PB& J while tasting great is not for a bodybuilder.........eat some chicken breasts with rice and a veggie.
Dinner looks fine,throw a shake mixed in water in there somewhere during the day..
You aren`t getting in enough food.
Eat some rice,sweet potatoes,baked potatoes,oatmeal..........foods that will sustain your energy.
These are complex long chained carbs that trickle into your system slowly and sustain energy for longer periods that pomegranite juice for and a banana for example.
Drink a shitload of water,as much as you can within reason and don`t miss your sleep.
