36 days of paleo, hard training 5 days per week. Lots of giant sets, always moving, intermittent sprints, superfast walking, jogs. around 2400 cals/day

havent lost a pound. Nothingggggggggggg  279 pounds to 278 pounds--ok 1 pound

It's Wes' fault  :P :P :P :'(

Are you on any type of anti-anxiety meds? As those can hamper weight lose a great deal.

Like for me, I can't lose a pound unless I'm off Paxil. Alot easier to put on weight on, also.

When I diet down, I go off Paxil. Then when I'm bulking, I'm back on.

I only drink water
Im not lying
I dont run that everyday moron, I did it once. Other than that I switch running and walking

sigh why do I make threads when you know anonymous fools with dicks in their mouths will come out calling me stupid or lying.

ahhhh the internet, where anonymity makes everyone the toughest kid on the block  :D :D :D

Are you doing cardio intensely so you are covered in sweat 5 times a week?  Plus training with weights at least 3 times?  I still do not believe this.  If you were eating any junk you wanted before and dropped down to 2400 paleo you should be at least 15 lbs down.  Did you weigh yourself originally after being depleted and most recently after a big meal?

Do NOT throw away your scale. It is the only thing that objectively keeps you from lying to yourself.  Weigh yourself 2 times a week always at the same time, right after awakening.  Do it naked so there is no clothes variance.

It`s all my fault.  :)

Like I told you last night Josh,it didn`t take you a week to gain the excess poundage and it`s not gonna` take a week to remove it.

Just be in it for the long haul bud,and like Joe and I both mentioned, your body composition is changing, you can see it in your pics.......much improved.

Do the stuff I advised to a Tee and it`ll start falling off you soon.

STAY ON POINT!!  :D

Hasd to throw that in for busting my cajones bud!  ;)

Mirror never lies if you are honest in your self assessment.

Just don`t look at yourself everyday......it can be disouraging........once or twice a week is cool.

If you don`t like how you look, put out more effort,if you see more progress, put out more effort.

It`ll come dude, trust me on that..........been around forever and trained a lot of people.

Yup,consistancy through adversity is the key to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

My light at the end of my tunnel was always an oncoming train, but that`s a book length novel.   :(

The only time we have a scale in the gym is when we do our weight loss challenges.

Not having an objective measure like a scale is one way cruddy trainers have been fooling rubes for years.  "Body composition changing" = horseshit.

I hear ya` Joe........they can be deceptive,fat,muscle,waterweight,bloat,too much sodium,ovrer or undereating,etc. etc..

So many people weigh themselves daily and that`s why they quit.........they expect to gain or lose 10 fucking pounds a day...................it just don`t work that way unfortunately.

C`mon now we`ve all see before and after pics of guys weighing 200 pounds that are unaltered and they look completely different but still weigh 200 pounds.

I`ve done this a zillion times myself............litera lly transformed my body while ending up at the same weight.
