That being said, go back and read the disclaimer of what that video was about. It wasn't about growing, it wasn't about bodybuilding. The only thing it was about was gaining weight to move up a weight class for powerlifting. The more weight packed on the stronger his lifts. I didn't answer because it p self explanatory. So my explanation was wrong because I wasn't referring to those amazing powerlifters

I was only focussing on the nutrition part, since I'm not interested that much into powerlifting.
