thats nuts,,but yeah you were lean but flattish,,no full  look you had in other pics,,i've said it over any times the pics with hair you had great combo size and an aesthetic build ,,the hair pics remind me of bob weatherwill  fellow canadian of yours...i just added this a very fantastic 4 look as well lol...

When you competed how was your offseason? Did you ever get real bulky or was in decent shape year around

If you started to train again how many months would it take for you to be in the same shape as in the ugly blue golfshirt pic

Im in week 8 now and it goes fast and im lower on roids then my last comeback 2 yeaes ago (my bicep got hurt so had to quit sucked ass), took me around 5 months to be 80% where i used to be

If you started to train again how many months would it take for you to be in the same shape as in the ugly blue golfshirt pic

Im in week 8 now and it goes fast and im lower on roids then my last comeback 2 yeaes ago (my bicep got hurt so had to quit sucked ass), took me around 5 months to be 80% where i used to be

thanx,  sometimes making a lot of money isn't the best thing for people. my friend did, and couldn't handle it.  I didn't do me much good either.

as for training, I'm in my 50's now, so It may be different, but recently any time I trained my body responded in an almost laughable way. daily changes. if I did what is considered hrt I could be 260 with abs in 6-8 weeks.

but I am what people in the medical industry refer to as 'a lazy fuk!!!'

But for a comeback, why not do it like you mentioned in Harley's thread?  (increasing blood storage in muscles, by using lighter weight)
