never deadlift... shin drag just a cut... blew out 3 disc when I was 34 squatting. took 15 months to heal. haven't squated in 20 years... worse compound exercise ever for building lower body.

I don't post leg pics often but snapped one in the empty gym Thursday. With my my horrible spinal injuries and being old I am happy with the conditioning.
