dunno if NAC or TUDCA do anything for cholesterol tbh
oh DO NOT use statins. theyre garbage and pose their own health risks. also there has never been any proof that statins lower the risk for cardiovascular diseases, even if they raise HDL or drop LDL.
i havent done bloodwork on niacin and lots of cardio yet, but ive not been on any less than 1.5g gear for around 2 years now (only about 12 weeks cruise in total, yeah dont judge me)..
i guess genetically i have low LDL because my LDL is always low no matter what i do.
HDL was wrecked the last 2 bloodworks though (single digits).
anything else was perfect though (RBC, hematocrit, apoA, triglycerides etc) so im never too worried.
i could have genetically low HDL anyway, who knows, lol.
never did bloodwork before AAS.
