Best thing you can do is never work with your girlfriend. With that said, If your bosses are as bad as you say, find out who their wives and girlfriends are and try to fuck them immediately. One of two things will happen. First one is that they will let you fuck them and that alone will make yourself feel 100 times better that you got one over on your boss/s. Or they won't fuck you and they will tell their husband/boyfriend(your boss) what you tried to do. Honestly the second one in this case is better than actually fucking them. Trying to bang their wife regardless of being successful puts the husband/boyfriend into a very uneasy feeling that will stick with him for as long as he's with the women. You will make the guy second guess what actually happened when his wife/girlfriend ever gets caught down the road with other guy. And years later if you ever bump into your old boss, alway's ask him "hows the wife or girlfriend" and smile when you say it.

So I'm in college and work at a restaurant in a country club and I have 2 bosses. i have been picked on and singled out for about a good 2 months now by one particular boss, he'll say things like "you know I worry for you because I don't think you'll ever make it in life" or "you are the biggest idiot I've ever met" "your girlfriend must be awesome at making life choices for dating you" "you have got to be fucking kidding me how much stupider can you get" and more comments like that. They are giving me the empty/never seated sections of the restaurant and give me tables that don't tip a lot. Also I have the lowest hourly out of every server, even a new person there who got hired a month after me got a higher starting pay for no reason. How do I deal with this situation. My other boss is the one who gives me horrible sections and then I get blamed for everything even if it has nothing to with me like someone forgetting to do their side work before they leave.

Yeah worst part is I work with my girl and he takes everything she does out on me too. The other day she forgot to dump out the tea and wash the container so instead of telling her, he tells me to go scrub it for 10 minutes solely because I'm her boyfriend. We also have a man that comes in once a month and he tips so much money (over 100 dollars) that they have a list on which server gets him next. I was supposed to be next on the list but he skipped me and gave it to a guy who had just had him then gave it to my girl today and claimed he completely forgot about me. The worst part is he seats me the very old and cheap tippers and Asians/Blacks because he thinks they don't tip well and thinks I don't notice. Then when I got a big table a few days ago (15 people) he tells me that my girl will be taking 5 of them because it's a big table and then yesterday a table of 14 comes in and he gives it to my girl and tells me not to go near that table because she can handle it on her own.

Your boss either likes/loathes you, or into your girlfriend/using your girlfriend to manipulateyou, and is in a backdoor way trying to hint to something. Ask him man to man, if he has a real problem with your work performance, and to not use your girlfriend as a tool to undermine you.
At the very least he knows that you have the stones to ask what is up, and that you know the game. This will garner some sort of respect and level the playing field. At the very worst, he'll continue down the same road with more games or will fire you.
