Also I have the lowest hourly out of every server, even a new person there who got hired a month after me got a higher starting pay for no reason. How do I deal with this situation. My other boss is the one who gives me horrible sections and then I get blamed for everything even if it has nothing to with me like someone forgetting to do their side work before they leave.

Id knock him the fuck out,that is why i dont work for anyone any more,i would never take shit.

Talked to him today after he made another insult towards and I told him to the corner to talk and he came over and I told him that I'm tired of the shit he says at work and if he has an actual problem with me then I have no problem taking this outside after we clock out. He then asked me if it was a threat and I said no that's what's going to happen if you don't stop, and try to fire me for this and I will go to the GM and say everything you have said to me in front of my other coworkers and they will back me up 100%. He apologized and promised it would never happen again

Not bullshitting at all. I just had enough of his insults and leaving work every day with less than 5 dollars in tips while everyone else makes bank. 2 more years of this shit then I can finally get a real job
