They must be pretty shitty business owners if they didn't know a basic law of business put forth by their state.
I mean, if you're opening up a business, and youre religious, and do not want to sell to the LGBT community, you think that is the first thing they would check before opening up the business, i.e., can you refuse service to anyone.
And if the law was established while they were in business, then they would have had 2 options: 1) sell to the LGBT community to avoid being penalized or 2) try to overthrow the bill/law.
Either way, they are crappy businesses owners for not knowing any of this. And, if they did know all this, and broke the law, then they should be penalized. You don't like the law, pick yourself up by your bootstraps, and open a bakery where that law doesn't apply.
