In many states it's possible. When I lived in a small town for school, 2 bedroom apartments (nice ones) were $950 in rent a month. In NYC, those same apartments would have been $2000+.

1st, Melvin has no savings, has never owned property, has never had a mortgage or a decent paying job of any kind.

His work skills & education are none existent & bought from online diploma mills.
