Let her eat only pizza for one month.
Then only salad with meat, cheese, dressing and croutons the next month.

By saying "macros" they are including carbohydrates (a macro-nutrient)
The claim is you WILL be the same if your macronutrients (carb/fat/prot) and calories are what youve intended them to be, regardless of the source.
Ive done IIFYM, Keto, Atkins, raw/vegan, pea protein, bb diet, etc. my body reacts best to extrmemly low carbohydrates (and most likely kcals) and exogenous testosterone
