This is a rubbish thread.

The main archetype that we compare to, Palumbo himself wasn't a "too much, too fast" case.

Potential to get a big belly is not what palumboism is.  Almost all of the pros have big bellies, yet few suffer from palumboism.

Dude's gut is starting to blow out already. Poor skin complexion, face aging quickly. I can't chalk up limb atrophy yet because it is obviously too early for that, and he's not shredded enough for me to blame the premature aging on team leanface.

You desire positive?  Bob Paris should have won a few Mr. Olympias.   Lee Labrada too.  I am quite positive about that.  I cannot change the past but neither will I kowtow to the present state of idiocy that is bodybuilding.  If I see someone or something that merits praise, I will give it.

Praising mediocrity, lauding cookie-cutter over-drugged look alike bodies is not something a rational, thinking person does.
