Yes it will mean he beat another fighter who had no camp and was not in shape. You need to let go of Conor's nut sack and use some common sense.

"Massive statement". ::)

What? You rolling your eyes in sardonic misbelief won't change the facts that if Mcgregor knocks out Diaz at 170 that it will have a massive impact in the UFC. That will open up three divisions Mcgregor can fight at and have super fights at each. You don't need to be on anyone's nutsack to see that.

Nate is hard to KO but his face is probably going to get smashed really bad.

I am a big McGregor fan, but I think he was intimidated by nate.  this could be the end of his run.

Something did seem different this time. Conor was not his normal self in the staredown

Because this is kind of a bad fight to take for Conor.

Not much gain beating Nate. Huge loss if he happens to lose.

Will he even get the belt if he wins this fight? probably not very motivating if he wont.

You have to be kidding me... Nate does not give a fuck about anything.

'Nervous' lmao.

McGregor can't get in his head, stumbles over every other sentence, and melted hard at the steroid comment.

I like McGregor, but he has to have a comment for everything, even when he clearly has no good ideas.  Still, I hope he wins ten belts and continues to melt 'respectable' fighters and fans for years to come.

This is a bad fight for connor?? Dude, no, just no... never comment on any fighting topic ever again, because nate is the perfect match for connor. Connor doesn't have to be afraid of being taken down, nate is very up and down with his fighting style, easy to read for connor and nate is also slower.

Nate's reach is what makes the fight interesting. The "fighting midgets" is a fair criticism of Conor.

I wouldn't bet the rent money, but, I could see him getting a decision in a stand up fight, and a submission if he can get to the ground.

Yeah well I said that about ronda/holly weigh in stare down as well, ronda looked scared, frail and under weight.

I don't know what you said about aldo/connor weigh in stare down, but I thought connor might have been a bit frustrated/nervous at that point, aldo looked really confident. But when I saw connor enter the arena all loosen up, relaxed but yet focused, fresh to death and aldo dead serious... all I'm saying is that everyone reads connor wrong when they say he's shitting his pants.

I really missinterpeted you then. He has nothing to gain for sure. Both aldo and edgar DECLINED this opportunity to fight connor and who ever else I don't remember. Not connors fault everyone has excuses. Not connors fault dos anjos falls back 2 weeks out.

Yeah, but keep in mind, Nate can't throw Kicks and can't check them well enough.  Connor's Kicks will be the deciding factor here, they both have a good chin to withstand heavy punches, but the kicks will over cast Nate's range

Honestly, Connor has a better chance at beating Nate than beating cerrone, that's why they chose Nate.  Plus his first crack at UFC LW, and was supposed to be for the belt, so UFC wants to protect his image.  If they wanted to, ben Henderson, jim miller, clay, any big wrestler could just grind connor FTW, so yes, Diaz was an easier choice for them

where do you retards come from?

Connor was ecstatic about fighting dos anjos, but guess what? He backed out because he broke his toe nail. Dos anjos destroyed cerrone in the last bout and he made it look easy. Anyone facing connor would be an interesting fight, but only because people want to see how connor reacts to each opponent, noone rly gives a damn about connors opponent.

What would Dana have done if GSP came out of retirement and wanted the Conor fight at 170?

That was for the belt, which is fine to lose by the Champ of another division.  Now if connor would have lost to say, Clay Guida (the gatekeeper at LW), then that would end his hype.  Losing to the champ at another Div, you can still rebound

atleast that would be an interesting matchup

but GSP is more intelligent than most fighters. Doesn't want permanent brain damage so backed out in time.

that's what I'd like to see as well. GSP has been doing pole dancing mostly so I don't think he could match connor.

And the people who thinks GSP would win and then see as connor ends his career completely would say "oh yeah well he just came from retirement", would be priceless.

You are out of your mind   :o :o :o

Conor doesn't feel pressure, he is not made that way, that is why everyone flocks to him. It makes no difference to him if he is talking to an old lady on the streets or Dana White, he talks down to everyone and holds himself superior to everyone including Lorenzo. If he was talking to the president of United states he would not give 2 fucks.

Nate is nervous as fuck and can not compose himself, in fact he looks like a straight up junkie and acts like one too

This^^^If Conner was worried, he would have made Diaz cut weight for the fight to get paid. He didn't. In fact, he gave Diaz even more weight so he doesn't have to cut at all. That had to of fucked with Diaz head. And the steroid comment was the most retarded comment I think i've ever heard at a conference. Just a really dumb thing to say...That comment was a projecting comment coming from Diaz and his "team"...

Its better to lose to the best fighter than a nobody, in this sport, anyone can lose, you are an idiot if you think Connor is immortal.  Again, I have him beating Nate, but anything is possible
