So I've gone from super fat to really fat and lost 30 lbs in the last month. My activity level is way up and I'm looking for a solid routine and nutrition plan to fuel continued weight loss and muscle retention. I am up for any good suggestions. I currently perform 60 min max incline at 2.5 mph treadmill for cardiovascular 3x a week and basketball for 30-60 mind on other days but have no sustainable diet plan nor workout routine. I am currently 295 lbs with easily 30% body fat but great stamina and strong cardiovascular endurance.
I am looking for an extreme march-summer plan to help me remove at least another 50 lbs
