Awesome.  Looks like a young Ted Cruz filling in as a Roman Centurion there.
Not even close. Good luck with your chads.  ;D

What?  Not even close?  Cmon at least maybe a relative?  He's got that same essence of melty Dracula that Cruz has.

I've never seen anyone row more than 225 pounds with good form.

before scoliosis i was able to do 225 for over 10 good reps with almost 90 degree angle and i didn't use a belt and i never had any back akes. i didn't do the movement slow but i had no problem flexing my lower back to keep me from bending and i could pull that shit relatively easily. i think i maxed out at that. when i started to do low reps i could never top 2 plates and quarters each side for more than 5-6 reps with deceant form but i had to use a belt. having no athletic base and twink genes plus natural is a struggle

i don't know about percentages but the docs and massage therapist told me it's definitely not the worst they have seen but its definitely noticable. my lower back makes a slight twist. my knees have also started not to like weighed squats if i stop at the top because my 2011 knee injuries are now starting to remind me of reality.

that being said i haven't lifted weights in almost a year yet again. i'm trying to get some courage to go back to the gym to start doing a light powerlifting program 3 times a week and see how it feels but i'm afraid even that could be too much and then i'm really not able to do ANY work that involves legs.

it's annoying becauseif i don't use my lower back, it gets stiff. like if i sit down a long time or stand for a long time my lower back gets stiff, so in actuality i have to do deadlifts so my back feels better. but if i do them too much, my
back feels like shit as well and i couldn't lift my gym bag off the ground. it's depressing.

i can do sprints, i can bicycle, i can do burpees, i can do squat jumps and not have any consequences, but when i add weights...  :'( >:(

They don't do much for your erectors or lower back though.

Trap bar deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts for that. Easier for me to control. Egad, if you are doing shit rows like that for lower back, enjoy traction.

At 50, there's no need for me to go over 185lbs on BB rows.  I never ego trained, even when I was young.

Right there with you, bro. I am 51 and I've never gone beyond 205 for the chest supported rows. I do occasionally like doing bent over rows with a trap bar. The lack of a bar through the middle allows me to rotate at the shoulder and back rather than pull straight up, which puts stress on my biceps.
