how bad is your scolosis? my parenst said i didnt have it as a kid, but i started noticing it when i was about 18. im like 20 percent curve. its noticeable when my shirt is off when looking at me from the front
i don't know about percentages but the docs and massage therapist told me it's definitely not the worst they have seen but its definitely noticable. my lower back makes a slight twist. my knees have also started not to like weighed squats if i stop at the top because my 2011 knee injuries are now starting to remind me of reality.
that being said i haven't lifted weights in almost a year yet again. i'm trying to get some courage to go back to the gym to start doing a light powerlifting program 3 times a week and see how it feels but i'm afraid even that could be too much and then i'm really not able to do ANY work that involves legs.
it's annoying becauseif i don't use my lower back, it gets stiff. like if i sit down a long time or stand for a long time my lower back gets stiff, so in actuality i have to do deadlifts so my back feels better. but if i do them too much, my
back feels like shit as well and i couldn't lift my gym bag off the ground. it's depressing.
i can do sprints, i can bicycle, i can do burpees, i can do squat jumps and not have any consequences, but when i add weights...
