If you are breaking down this video, it means little unless you have the source vid and know what camera shot the scene.  What was the fps and resolution?  Was it interlaced (which might cause that ghosting background i think you might be talking about) or progressive?  What's the original video format?  mp4, avi, .mov, etc.? Was the original vid converted to another format before it was uploaded?  Was it converted more than once?  

These would seem to me as basic questions.  I would think a video expert would be able to know more things to look at.

What i am saying is that you and i trying to examine a video posted on the web with out any expertise in examining videos, without the original video(this includes any video experts who have examine the online version), with out knowledge of the cam used, and it being very low res, is pointless.
