On last "test" set where you're supposed to get a couple reps got 10.
5 assistance sets of weighted chins, texted with gettbigger in between. Video taped a few sets with phone to make sure I wasn't cheating.
30 sets of 20 sec sprints at treadmill max (6 min mile) - 10 seconds rest in between. Watched baseball game on MLB.TV on phone during. Used round time on cell phone to time sets into earphones.
Tabata cardio with battle ropes, used cell phone for round time through earphones during music.
Don't see what the big deal is. I could've easily done the workout "leaving my cell phone at home". But I didn't, and it only enhanced my workout.
I mean I guess it would have been better if I had a lifting belt, gloves, gallon jug of water and a gut.......but I didn't, so I made due.
