This is EXACTLY like Ben Carson abandoning the campaign trail (when everyone noticed his campaign team wasn't built, and he wasn't spending any $ on growing nat'l infrastructure) and Carson went on a BOOK TOUR.
Trump is STALLING to avoid building necessary infrastructure. Limp into the convention, get himself bounced, not worry about 700 people on the ground (like Hilary has) actually effectively growing the GOTV effort.
