What you pictured as "actual chairs" are definitely not mid-century modern. It appears that you are into more ornate styles from the somewhat distant past. This Herman Miller   Eames reproduction is available at Design Within Reach for just under $1,000.

Everythig is ok. It's just that I'd rather see Vince do well, in his new home, but that means he has to change his ways. Vince is like 40+, so he is a grown man, and a grown man has to have his head about him. This was possibly his biggest purchase, as homes usually are for most people. I don't want to see him go under, or have un-necessary drama. All that stuff before with tires, and issues with the electric, etc, was his own fault. Plan ahead, pay attention. Get a good burglar alarm system, don't cheap out on things, especially if the area that you live in has issues with crime.
