and I'll be looking even better in the next coming weeks  ;)

as I said before I could compete in light heavies and either win or place very high but maybe I will stop at 80-82 kg @ 6%

this past Thursday I trained with a female friend and we trained wheels and she lifted more than me on every single exercise and she weighs maybe a buck 20 LOL

I am a physique artist not an egomanical power lifer  ;D

just added another kg, so that's 3 kg gained in 3 days

I plan to add 8 kg total so will I hit this goal in 5 more days? we will see fellas we will see

I thought it would take me 3-4 weeks to do this but I'll accomplish it in under 2 weeks

I see a lot of emphasis being placed on hair. As some one who has shaved their head completely for the past 7 years (It had started thinning and I didn't want to be that bald guy with the pony tail that so many of my "rocker" friends became) I've found that head / skull shape is paramount to pulling it off - but many chicks have no problem with no hair at all.

A tad bit of misinformation in this thread.  Unless muscle memory is involved, expecting body weight gains to contain more than 1/2 -3/4  lb. of muscle per week is naive - and that's with EVERYTHING dialed in PERFECTLY. Beyond this is pure illusion /delusion. Sustaining that rate for any amount of time also presents it's own problems. Growth is not linear, far from it in fact...
That said, DJ181 has plenty of room for the glycogen, water, and fat that most 'lay people'  will credit as 'muscle' and I wish him luck - I used to add a shot of olive oil to milk,banana, and protein shakes when I bulked up to 270# as a perma bulker and it works well. But any real muscle takes time - there are no real short cuts.
