I watched the video. It proved nothing with regards to the supposed 400 mil ransom. In the video there is a pallet of stacked money which could be any currency in any airport.

It's a fuzzy video. It's possible it could be just a random stack of cash but I'm inclined to think it's probably the what everyone says it is. It's not a secret that they sent them the $400 million. It was announced publicly a long time ago, there's nothing to debate except if the video is legit.
