Going to bulk cleanly as possible
Calories will be like 3-5k a day. The plan is 2 Carb cycle + random eating. My only main rules for getting into shape is eat 1 lb of meat whever u sit down to eat.

Cheats will be more frequent but not cheating saves money. For the last year ive been broke as fuck due to bull shit thay is over now.  So i cheat but has had to be budgeted in lately. Idk
 Gear will be
30mg var
50mg a50s
I think i can do well on this dosage for about 20 weeks  6 weeks on and off the drol var stack. I like the way its set up and has to work

Looks solid to me.... Only way to actualy grow apart from more dugs is more food which bucks the trend around here

You a strong fucker, id imagine some impressive poundage's will be lifted along the way...

250 lbs.   the question is on what height ?  5 "8" or 6"4"...big difference.

my current Bodyweight is  254 lbs....but im also 6 "2"....Training since 1979, from 1980 on in regular Gyms, Age 52 Years + 11 Months. Did not measure my Bodyfat (going by mirror).
